As founder and principal of Manhattan Comprehensive Night & Day High School (MCNDHS), I am proud to introduce you to one of America's unique, award-winning, quality high schools. For the past ten years, we have been annually addressing the needs of over 1500 students, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and on Sunday. Our students, come from over 40 countries as well as the U.S.. They are 17 to 22 years of age and choose to make a commitment to study here. |

With the help of a great staff, hundreds of community-based volunteers, mentors and tutors and the hard work of a devoted group of civic leaders, we have created a model school to address the needs of older high school students with adult responsibilities who still seek an academic diploma. While visiting our web site, take notice of the Comprehensive Development Incorporated (CDI) information. CDI is our own non-profit corporation, established to support our students' needs. Their generosity has resulted in an array of services for our students. These include assistance with housing, employment, college placement, legal and medical issues, to name a few.
We are proud to be in the great American tradition of helping those who wish to help themselves. We are dedicated to maximizing resources in order to provide a quality high school education to young people arround the clock. |
